Completed a PhD in clinical AI implementation with over 70 peer-reviewed publications, and built 2 digital health start-ups both successfully exited by acquisition (Doctorbell and AskDr). Experienced matrix leader of software engineering (SWE) teams for digital health and clinical AI solutions leading product road mapping, clinical evaluation, and growth strategy for digitally enabled healthcare services. Proven track record of raising >USD$10M in funding from research grants and private investments for digital health programs, navigating Software-as-a-Medical Device (SaMD) regulatory requirements, scaling up national health technology programs.
