Dr. Sairat Noknoy is a family physician and public health specialist, the current President of the General Practitioners/Family Physicians Association of Thailand. She has a track record in health research and development and a solid background in leadership and continuous improvement in multi-cultural environments. A results-driven individual and innovative thinker, combining comprehensive technical and analytical skills to facilitate healthcare advances.
